The Drink Factory Classico Negroni was launched by London bartender Tony Conigliaro, founder of bars 69 Colebrooke Row and Bar Termini. The blend was crafted using London dry gin, Italian vermouth, and Italian bitters at the Drinks Factory lab and cooked using the sous-vide method, meaning at a precise and constant low temperature. This process allows the aromatic and flavorful components to break down, resulting in a sort of bottle-aged drink. After serving the cocktail at Bar Termini on London’s Old Compton Street, it is now available in bottled form with an attractive Art Deco label.
