About Perrier-Jouƫt Belle Epoque 2007 Brut Champagne (3L)
Perrier-JouĆ«t Belle Epoque Brut Champagne is crafted with 50% Chardonnay (Cramant & Avize), 45% Pinot Noir, and 5% Pinot Meunier (Dizy) grape varieties. The Champagne is inspired by the House’s first prestige bottling, the slender neck modeled after the historic release, which in turn took its cues from the historic Blason de France. The iconic floral patterns are the work of Art Nouveau master Emile GallĆ©, who painted the Japanese white anemones for the House in 1902. There was a mild winter in 2007 with a hot spring, a rainy start to the summer, and a warm August that enabled an early harvest. It’s a delicate and harmonious cuveĆ© that pairs well with seafood, shellfish, and quail. It’s available here in a double Magnum (3L) bottle.
