Based in sunny San Diego, Cutwater Distillery is one of the largest craft distilleries on the West Coast. With a background in brewing, founder and Master Distiller Yuseff Cherney custom-built his first pot still from an old beer fermenter. An explorer and adventurer at heart, Cherney threw himself into distilling and began crafting rum, vodka, gin, whiskey and other spirits. What started as a passion project soon turned into an award-winning craft spirits brand. Based in San Diego, which proved to be widely popular and began a wave of ready-to-drink cocktails on the market.
