Kirsty’s Gin, named in honor of Arbikie’s Master Distiller Kirsty Black, was meticulously crafted to capture the spirit of the vast and wild Scottish farmlands that surround them. The selection of botanicals, including kelp, carline thistle, and blaeberries, all sourced from the local vicinity, were hand-picked by Kirsty and infused with a base spirit derived from the distillery’s own farm-grown potatoes. Her endeavor resulted in a delicately intertwined balance of smooth, creamy, and floral aromas, with a hint of a seaside character on the nose that won them a Gold Medal at the San Francisco International Spirits Competition.
